Mel is one of the longest serving staff members at ParkView Day Surgery, joining the team in 1999. During this time her passion, skills and knowledge has seen her work across a variety of positions in the business and is now Level Administration Manager for ParkView Day Surgery.

Mel’s current responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the day surgery, ensuring the very best care is provided to our valued patients. She also oversees and manages the staffing and customer service aspects of the facility, ensuring all patients receive a personal and stress-free experience with their admission to hospital.
